BACP Registered, Qualified Counsellor, Qualified Clinical Supervisor
Supervision is one of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves as therapists. It provides a space to pause, reflect, be supported, and continue growing — not only for the benefit of our clients, but for ourselves too.
I offer a warm, collaborative and encouraging supervision relationship where you can bring your client work honestly and without judgement. Whether you're celebrating breakthroughs, feeling stuck with a client, navigating ethical dilemmas, or simply needing space to think, supervision is a place where we can explore it together.
My aim is to create a supervisory relationship that is grounded in trust, curiosity and authenticity, enabling you to feel safe enough to explore your client work, celebrate successes, navigate challenges, while also feeling encouraged to stretch your thinking and continue growing as a practitioner.
Working from an integrative perspective and informed by the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, I tailor each session to you and the way you work. We'll explore your client relationships, therapeutic process, professional development, self-awareness and wellbeing, recognising that how we are as therapists directly influences the work we do.
My approach is rooted in the belief that we work best when we ourselves feel supported. I understand the emotional investment that counselling requires, and I value supervision as a restorative space where you can reconnect with your strengths, process the impact of your work and avoid carrying it alone.
Alongside reflective conversation, I enjoy incorporating creative and experiential approaches where they feel helpful. This may include imagery, metaphor, sand tray, visual resources or body-based reflection, offering different ways of understanding both client work and ourselves. These methods are always offered with sensitivity and never as an expectation.
I have particular experience working with trauma, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), chronic illness, disability, neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, bereavement, caring responsibilities, SEND parenting and life transitions. I welcome counsellors and people from the helping professions from all modalities and backgrounds, whether you are in training, newly qualified or an experienced practitioner looking for a supportive supervisory relationship.
Above all, I hope supervision with me feels like a place where you can breathe, think clearly, feel genuinely heard, and leave each session feeling more resourced, confident and connected to your work.
I offer individual supervision online and in person, providing a supportive, ethical and reflective space that meets the professional expectations of ACC and BACP while remaining personal and relational.
"Every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their individual journeys."
