We're always looking for warm, skilled, and values-led therapists to join The Counselling Space. We welcome applications from qualified counsellors, psychotherapists, and mental health practitioners at all career stages.
Our team is built on mutual respect, collaboration, and a shared commitment to providing excellent care. You'll have the freedom of self-employment with the support of a professional, established practice.

The Growth Community for Local Counsellors
The Growth Community is our free online space for counsellors and therapists across Hampshire and beyond. It's a place to connect, share, learn, and grow, without the isolation that can come with private practice.
Whether you're newly qualified or have years of experience, the community offers a warm, supportive environment to ask questions, share resources, and build meaningful professional relationships with like-minded practitioners.

Monthly Meetups

03 — Clinical Supervision
Supervision for Counsellors & Therapists
Regular, quality supervision is essential to safe and effective practice. We offer individual, group, and peer supervision delivered by our experienced, BACP-registered Clinical Supervisors.

Professional Development & Training
We offer a growing programme of CPD workshops and training courses designed to support your professional development and enhance your clinical skills, whether you're newly qualified or highly experienced.
CPD Workshops
Regular short workshops on specialist topics including trauma, anxiety, working with young people, and more. All workshops carry CPD hours.
Clinical Skills Training
Practical skills development for counsellors at all stages of their career, from newly qualified to experienced practitioners.
Supervision Training
For experienced practitioners wishing to develop their supervision skills and take on supervisory roles.

Professional, fully furnished therapy rooms and workshop spaces available for hire across Hampshire — ideal for individual sessions and group work.
