At The Counselling Space, we work with many young people, and this time of year, one thing comes up again and again: the pressure of exams.

We see how it shows up… The overwhelm. The shutdown. The “I can’t do it.”
The late nights, the avoidance, the emotional ups and downs.

And we also know something important. Not every teen feels able (or ready) to come to therapy.

So we’ve created something different.

A gentle, supportive workshop where teens can:

✨ Realise they’re not alone in how they’re feeling
✨ Understand what’s happening in their mind and body under stress
✨ Talk things through in a safe, relaxed space
✨ Learn simple, practical tools to help them cope
✨ And yes… there will be snacks 🍪

This isn’t about pressure or fixing, it’s about understanding, support, and helping teens feel a little more in control during a really intense time.

If you’re a parent who can see your teen struggling and wants to offer them some support (without pushing them into therapy), this could be a really good step.
