About the feature

Real questions. Thoughtful answers.

We have teamed up with Network magazine to bring you Counsellors Corner, a monthly feature where our qualified counsellors respond to questions from readers about mental health, relationships, emotions, and the challenges of everyday life.

Whether you're struggling with something you've never felt able to say out loud, looking for a professional perspective on a difficult situation, or simply curious about how counselling might help, this is a space to ask.

All questions are submitted anonymously. Selected questions are answered by one of our counsellors and published in the following month's issue of Network magazine. Questions may be lightly edited for length and clarity, and any identifying details will be removed before publication.
