    Beccie was on BBC Radio Solent!

    Beccie had the fantastic opportunity to speak to Steve Harris on BBC Radio Solent about the upcoming Mental Health walk that Natalie put together to support those that are lonely over Christmas.

  • Certificate in Working Therapeutically with Autistic Clients awarded to an individual by Counselling Tutor, issued on 25 November 2024. The certificate accounts for 50 CPD hours.

    Bex recently completed her creative counselling certificate and we are so proud to have a creative counsellor to be working alongside us :)

    Our Mental Health and Wellbeing Walking Group

    Each month we donate our time to a Mental Health and Wellbeing walk. We had such a wholesome experience during this month’s topic, where the discussion was focused around loneliness.

    Natalie and Beccie went to Outreach Radio to discuss mens mental health and trauma. They spoke about the difficulties of reaching out for help and the stigma around mental health.
