Join Our Monthly Mental Health & Wellbeing Walk in Eastleigh

Our Walking for Wellbeing group is more than just a stroll — it’s about building a supportive community, improving your mental health, and reconnecting with nature. Held monthly at Lakeside Country Park in Eastleigh, our guided sessions combine outdoor therapy, gentle exercise, and emotional support, helping you feel recharged, uplifted, and more connected.

Each walk is designed to support both your body and mind, offering a safe and welcoming space to talk, reflect, and enjoy the benefits of nature. You'll be creating healthy habits and improving your wellbeing—often without even realising it—because the experience is genuinely enjoyable.
