Area of Special Interest

Disordered eating behaviour.

Binge eating.

Body image issues.

How did you develop an interest in these areas?

I suffered from disordered eating and realised there was plenty of help for people with eating disorders but very little for those with disordered eating behaviours that could potentially develop into one.

I help my clients heal their relationship with food and their body by exploring past experiences that may have shaped their eating behaviours. We work on shifting limiting beliefs and patterns while integrating self-care and new habits that support their well-being, so they can develop a more balanced way of eating without guilt or restriction.

My specialisation in intuitive eating shapes my approach by focusing on the connection between food, emotions, and past experiences. I help clients move away from restrictive mindsets and diet culture, guiding them toward a more compassionate and sustainable relationship with food and their bodies. Rather than just addressing surface behaviours, I explore the deeper emotional and psychological aspects that influence their eating habits.
